This book comes from a guy who predicted outcomes for US presidential elections and is perhaps well known authority on forecasting. As the name suggests he talks about the art and science of forecasting with various examples from different domains – weather, poker and sports. This book is not meant to be technical and that is why it’s a great read for anyone starting up with “predictive modelling”.
