This book by Jim Collins is probably the only book that all business schools recommend. It provides the entire landscape of how some companies have become great billion dollar companies and some how some billion dollar ventures have fallen apart. It talks about the strategy that senior management should take if the want to convert their “Good” company to a “Great one”. At times this book might feel like a textbook.
