This book was very helpful for understanding overall way in which funding works. The examples in this book are not just great but help you associate them to your product easily. This book tells you about the different stages - angel investing, VC investing and raising further rounds. It talks about term sheets, tricks played by VC’s and how to make sure your deals are structured well. The book talks about both physical products as well as our software products. You should definitely do this.
